Kani Feast - Matsuyama, Japan (March 2003)

In March of 2003 I took a short trip to Southern Japan, visiting the islands of Honshu & Shikoku. The following pictures are a visual journal of that trip. Enjoy (~_^)
BACK FORWARD
I'm sure I was a pain in the ass for the shop workers, but I wanted my friend to experience the sauce I use and show other Japanese when I'm in Japan to eat crab with. Melted butter, with squeezed lemon, and a few dashes of salt. Our hosts at the resturant were nice enough to comply. Here I am taking my first dip in the lemon butter sauce.
